The trees endure winter, awaken in bud, deepen into green,
shed their leaves, and ready themselves once more for the coming snow.
As the seasons turn, NITAY is allowed to mature in quiet time.

What the brewer arrives at, walking together with the forest,
is an expression at once elegant and vivid—
a sensation that opens like a new flower in one’s life.
